Overview of provided activities

Business activities provided by company IP – TRADING, s.r.o. is possible to divide into these areas:

• floor refurbishment – grinding, cleaning and impregnation of all floor types (marble, travertine, terrazzo, Marmoleum, PVC, wood and others)
• dry-cleaning and mechanical cleaning of facades by the combination of various technologies, facade repairing and painting
• continual cleaning – interiors and exteriors, general cleaning and cleaning before final building approval, carpet cleaning, hall of premises cleaning
• High-rise work
• special colour and graffiti removal including impregnation and A-G-S-facade service maintenance (including removal of poster coating, glues and oil stains)

A brief history of company IP –TRADING, s.r.o.

Company IP – TRADING, s.r.o. was established in 1996 by two partners, with an orientation to client’s requirements in the area of interior and exterior building cleaning and small services in maintenance. By gradual development our services have been enlarged to building facade cleaning and graffiti protection, graffiti removal, historical monuments dry-cleaning or mechanical cleaning – by blasting. It is followed by the building of service operational emergency, which provides special work and secures client’s requirements above standards.

Our company permanently pays attention to a qualification enhancement of its staff at all levels.

Company IP – TRADING s.r.o. has been certified by ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 14001:1997, a regular member of Czech Association of Cleaning CAC since 2001 and also a member of Chamber of Commerce Brno since 2003.

Currently we have 220 of regular and 50 of external workloads.

Company IP – TRADING, s.r.o. fully secures all client requirements and adapts them to its development. It reacts operatively to requests, suggests solutions, makes a constant effort to increase labour productivity and by this to offer a reasonable price for its work to client. Service quality and flexibility is our priority.

Company IP – TRADING, s.r.o. offers a complete service in area of cleaning, floor and facade refurbishment including special work. The used inspection system of quality, work and hygiene technically means, that machines and chemical products are at a professional level, which meets the strictest criteria of the ISO 14001:1997 and ISO 9001:2001 standards. The cooperative company JohnsonDiversey is a guarantor of a quality machinery and chemical products. A composition of the chemical products (from JohnsonDiversey company and other suppliers), which we use for our work, is based on the latest results of worldwide science research with a respect to the strict environmental requirements.

Our goal is to offer a level of services that meets the customer’s requirements in all aspects.

Therefore the range of our customers includes administrative buildings, hotels, banks, insurance companies, industrial works, historic and listed monuments, where we secure work up to amount of quoted offer.

Company Insurance

Our company has a proper insurance at one of the most prominent Czech insurance company against arisen loss inflicted upon third persons within the frame of its activities. Up to now, it was not necessary to use this insurance during our existence.
